What's the difference between Premium and Premium Plus?
Premium ($10/mo or $100/yr) gets you 100 Sign It signatures per month, 6-7 character usernames, and priority support. Premium Plus ($50/mo or $500/yr) bumps you up to 1,000 signatures per month and includes a 5-character username at no extra cost. Both tiers can also purchase shorter 1-4 character usernames as annual add-ons.
How many files can I sign each month?
Free includes 1 signature per month. Premium includes 100. Premium Plus includes 1,000. Quotas reset on your billing date — and you can keep verifying signed files for free, with no limit, on any tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium or Premium Plus subscription at any time. Your benefits continue until the end of your billing period, then you revert to the Free tier. No prorated refunds for partial months.
What happens to my username if I cancel?
You get a 14-day grace period after your subscription ends. We'll email you reminders so you can pick a new 8+ character username before then. After the grace period, the old username is released back to the pool.
How do shorter usernames work?
Shorter usernames (1-5 characters) require an active Premium or Premium Plus subscription plus an additional annual fee based on length. The 5-character username is included for free with Premium Plus. If you cancel your subscription, your shorter username is also cancelled and becomes available for others.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Premium is $100/year (saving you $20 vs monthly) and Premium Plus is $500/year (saving you $100). Same features either way — annual just costs less.
How does priority support work?
Premium and Premium Plus members can create support tickets that go directly to our team. Free users have access to AI chat assistance and our community Discord, but cannot create tickets for personalised human support.
